π Welcome to Circulation Services
Pellissippi State Community College Libraries
Circulation Services is often the first stop for students, faculty, and visitors using the library. At the Hardin Valley Campus, you’ll find the Circulation Desk just inside the entrance of the Educational Resources Center (ERC) (look to your right as you walk in). Similar services are available at library service desks on all Pellissippi campuses.
Stop by the Circulation Desk or contact your campus library. We’re here to support your success!

We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes items are returned late. Here's what you need to know about our overdue and billing policy:
We do not charge daily fines for overdue items. However, keeping materials past their due date can lead to billing if they are not returned in a timely manner.
If an item is overdue, you will receive up to three reminder notices sent to your Pellissippi State email account. These notices are a courtesy to help you stay on track.
β οΈ Important: Not receiving an email does not exempt you from overdue charges. Please check your email regularly and keep your contact information up to date.
If an item is not returned within 30 days of its due date:
Reserve materials (short-term, in-library use) are billed one week after the due date, and charges include the full replacement cost.
If you return a billed item in good condition within one year of the billing date:
Unpaid bills may be subject to college collection processes, including additional fees.
This policy applies to all library users, including students, faculty, staff, and community borrowers.
If you have questions about overdue items, billing, or your account, please contact your campus library. We're here to help!
