📘 Place Materials on Reserve for Your Students
Support student success by making essential course materials easily accessible at any PSCC Campus Library.

🔹 What Can Be Placed on Reserve?

Library-owned materials
Personal copies of books or media
Photocopies (must follow copyright guidelines)
Student-created items (with signed release form)


⏱️ Loan Periods

Standard loan period: 2 hours, in-library use only
Need a different loan time? Let us know—we’ll review and confirm if we can accommodate your request.


🔍 Check Before You Submit
Search the online catalog to see if your item is already on reserve.
Reserve items are listed under the location: “Reserve Room.”

📦 How to Submit Materials
Drop off items at any Circulation/Service Desk with the following:

Instructor’s name and contact info
Course code (e.g., COLL 1000)
Campus location for reserve
Desired duration for reserve placement
Full citation for photocopied items
Student-Created Materials Release Form (if applicable)

📄 Download and complete the Reserve Request Form and attach it to your materials.

⏳ Processing Time
Please allow 48 hours for processing.
During peak times (2 weeks before/after semester start), delays may occur.
