Borrow Books from Other College Libraries Across Tennessee

Through the TALC (Tennessee Academic Library Collaborative) program, Pellissippi State students, faculty, and staff can borrow books from participating TBR (Tennessee Board of Regents) and University of Tennessee libraries.


โœ… Who Can Use This Program?

  • Currently enrolled Pellissippi State students
  • Currently employed faculty and staff, including adjunct instructors

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ How to Borrow from a Partner Library

  1. Visit a participating TBR or UT library.
  2. Log in to MyPellissippi on your device to show:
    • You’re enrolled (for students), or
    • You’re employed (for faculty/staff)
  3. Bring a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or state ID).
  4. You may also be asked to show your Pellissippi State ID card.

๐Ÿ“Œ Important Guidelines

  • This program allows you to borrow books only.
    It does not include access to:
    • Computer labs
    • Study rooms
    • Printing or other library services
  • You must follow the borrowing rules and policies of the lending library.
  • You are responsible for:
    • Returning items on time
    • Paying any late fees, lost item charges, or collection fees
  • Summer borrowing is only available to students enrolled in summer classes.
  • Lending libraries may revoke borrowing privileges if policies are not followed.
