Q: What is Interlibrary Loan?
A: Interlibrary Loan (ILL) allows you to borrow books and request articles that are not available at Pellissippi Libraries. We’ll help you get them from other libraries!


Q: How do I request a book or article?
A: Use the appropriate online form:

  • Book Request Form – Submit one form per book.
  • Article Request Form – Submit one form per article.

Q: Are paper forms available?
A: Yes! You can pick up printed forms at the Service Desk or Circulation Desk at any Pellissippi Campus Library.

 

Copyright Compliance Restrictions:  Interlibrary loan requests for articles from a journal title published fewer than five years before date of request must not exceed more than five articles from the single journal title in a calendar year.  Only items the Pellissippi Libraries do not own are eligible for interlibrary loan requests.
