A: All career mentors, the career community coordinators, the training development team (Tina Goodacre, Becca McDonald, Karen Sorenson, and Mary Ellen Spencer), and the program coordinators (Angel Hughes and Mary Ellen Spencer).
Q: How do channels work?
A: Channels categorize discussion posts in the Team. Each channel is set to distribute messages to all members of a Team or to a specific group of Team members. The channels make it easier to review an archive of posts on the same subject and is intended to reduce the number of posts that may be of little to interest to all members of the Team.

A: These are the channels and the groups that can see them:
- General
- everyone who is a member of the Team, including all career mentors, the career community coordinators, the training development team (Tina Goodacre, Becca McDonald, Karen Sorenson, and Mary Ellen Spencer), and the program coordinators (Angel Hughes and Mary Ellen Spencer).
- Business
- career mentors in and the career community coordinator for Business.

- Creative and Media Arts
- career mentors in and the career community coordinator for Creative and Media Arts.
- program coordinators Angel Hughes and Mary Ellen Spencer.
- Education

- Exploratory

Q: Why do I only see my career community channel in Teams?
A: Each career community has it's own shared channel. The only Teams members who can post to or see this channel are:
- career mentors and community coordinators in your career community.
- program coordinators Angel Hughes and Mary Ellen Spencer.
No one else on the Teams site can view information in this channel.
Q: What channels can everybody in the Team post to and see?
A: Everyone can access these channels: General, Microsoft Teams Issues, and Navigate Issues. All other channels are restricted to career community members only.
Q: When I select some of my channels, the Career Mentor Home tab goes away. How do I get back to it?
A: Choose the General channel, and it will display there.
Q: When I click on some of the resources in Teams, I don't see a way to get back. How do I do that?
A: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue Back to Home button.
