Include the author's last name and then first and middle initial.

Two-20 Authors (9.8)
Use the ampersand (&) rather than the word "and" before the last author listed.

More Than 20 Authors (9.8)
Include the first 19 authors, add an elipsis (...), and list the last author.

eBook (10.2)
At the end, include the DOI. If none, include the ebook's URL address.

Has a DOI (10.2)
DOI is a document object identifier, which is like a fingerprint for items. If the ebook has a DOI, include it at the end.

On an E-reader (10.2.22 & 26)
After the publication information, include the type of e-reader you used and the website or software you used to retrieved the book.

Chapter or Section (10.3)
If you are citing a specific chapter or section of an edited book, list the author of the section first. Include information such as page numbers, edition and volume numbers after the title of the book.

Reference Entry (10.3.47-49)
Begin with the author of the entry, not the author or editor of the book.
With Author (10.3.48)

No Author (10.3.49)
Begin with the entry title.

Entire Edited Book (10.2.34)
Put the editor in the author position followed by (Ed.) or (Eds.).

Has Edition (10.2.30)
Include edition in parentheses after the title. Cite the edition as it is printed on the title page (2nd ed., Rev. ed., 2010 ed., etc.)

Has Volume (10.2.30)
Include the volume used in parentheses after the title.
