We're open at each Campus Library!

At the Hardin Valley Campus Library, visit the 3rd floor library service desk (room ER 327). At the Blount County, Magnolia Avenue, and Strawberry Plains Campus Libraries, visit the library service desk to check out seeds.

We're planting the idea, you dig it?

The Seed Library collection of the Pellissippi State Libraries is comprised of generously donated organic and heirloom seeds, including vegetables, herbs, flowers, and grains/cover crops.

The library offers many resources on growing, collecting, and saving seeds, in addition to many other gardening, farming, and sustainability resources. Check out links in this guide for resources produced by the Tennessee Master Gardeners, the University of Tennessee's Institute of Agriculture, and other reliable sources.
