How to use TERC NCLEX-RN Practice Tests:

You must create a free, individual account in TERC to use these tests. (This allows you to save your scores and track your improvement.)

1. This is the Testing & Education Reference Center (TERC). You will be asked "What type of student are you?" Choose the option for Career and click Start.
2. You will be asked what you want to do. Choose the option "Practice for a career related exam," and click Next.
3. In the resulting list choose, "Medical/Nursing Prep".
4. You will see two options in the resulting list: NCLEX-PN Practice Tests and NCLEX-RN Practice Tests. Choose the test for which you want to prep and click Start Now.
5. Here you will need to log in. If you have never created a login, then you will need to create a login. Note, your Pellissippi State login will not work.
