Renovation Timeline
Please note that renovation timelines are subject to change. This guide will be updated as changes to timeline are announced.
Phase 1:
July:
- Hardin Valley Campus Library's physical collection moves to the 3rd floor.
- Collaborative seating from the Reference Room moves to ER 120.
- Paralegal classrooms (ER 313 and ER 315) are set up.
- Open Lab is moved to ER 319.
August:
- Academic Tutoring Center moves to the 2nd floor (ER 217).
- A collaborative study area is established in ER 120.
- Temporary office landscaping is placed on the 1st and 2nd floor of the ERC.
- ER 126 transitions from an office space to a study room for students.
- ER 324 and ER 326 become bookable study rooms for students
September:
- Stay Strong Success Center moves from the Goins building to the 2nd floor of the ERC.
November:
- The Veteran Success Center moves to its new home in the J.L. Goins Administration building. New location: GN 151
December:
- Testing Center moves to its new location on the 3rd floor (winter break)
Phase 2:
January:
- Library personnel move into temporary offices on the first floor
- Renovations on Stay Strong's office space (ER 209) begin. Stay Strong's Center for First-Generation Student Success personnel move from ER 209 to cubicles (office cubicles to be determined).
- Testing Center's 3rd floor location is available for students
- Study rooms on the 2nd floor of the ERC are closed for renovation.
February:
- Library offices undergo renovation.
- Collaborative study space is moved from ER 120 to prepare for renovations.
June:
- ER 123A and 123B (current Veteran's Lounge) becomes bookable study rooms for students.
- 122D becomes a bookable study room for students.
