Where are the library locations?  

  • First and second floors of the Educational Resources Center (ERC) at Hardin Valley.
  • There are also libraries at the Division StreetBlount County, and Magnolia Avenue campuses, and an open computer lab and service desk at the Strawberry Plains Campus.  
  • The Libraries' dynamic website functions as a sixth branch that is open 24/7/365.  Many of the Libraries' resources are available electronically, including more than 70,000 electronic books and over 2,500 audiobooks.  Pellissippi libraries' also subscribes to over 90 electronic databases with thousands of full-text articles.

Books can be delivered to any campus location through the Intercampus Loan service.  

What do I need to know about borrowing books?

  • You must present your Pellissippi State I.D. card to check out library items and use reserve materials.

  • You may keep books for two weeks and there is no limit on the number of books that may be borrowed.   
  • Provided that no one else has requested books, you may renew your books either in person, online, or by calling the Circulation Desk
  • There are no fines charged on overdue materials; however, if you do not return items one month after the due date, you will be charged the cost to replace the book and a processing fee.
