Mindfulness groups will take place throughout the 2017-18 academic year and consist of a variety of events. Checkout the variety of events below.

Interested in joining a mindfulness group? This is not an ongoing commitment, but simply a way for you to find areas of interest, expand your knowledge, and meet new people. Come once or attend all the sessions!
